Deal Whistle ("we") reviews products and shares links to them on dealwhistle.com, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms. This page explains what information we handle and why.
dealwhistle.com doesn't ask you to sign up and doesn't use forms, cookies or analytics of our own. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
If you comment certain words (such as "link") on our posts, we automatically send you a private message with the product link and may reply to your comment. To do this we receive, through Meta's official tools:
We use this only to send the link you asked for. We keep a short activity log (comment ID, username and comment text) for up to 90 days to prevent duplicate messages and fix problems. We never sell or share this information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Some links are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click a link to Amazon or another store, that store's own privacy policy applies.
To have any information about you removed from our logs, email dealwhistle00@gmail.com with your Instagram or Facebook username. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
